This is the petition filed by the petitioner seeking parole for a period of two months for maintaining social ties, for looking after his aged parents, for arranging funds for his family and also for finding suitable match for himself.

Notice. Learned ASC for the State accepts notice. 3.
In para 7 of the petition, it is stated that the petitioner has moved an application dated 17th November, 2017 before the Competent Authority for seeking parole on the same ground. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that said application has not been disposed of by the Competent Authority till date.

In the given circumstances, the Govt. of NCT of Delhi is directed to dispose of the application/representation of the Petitioner within two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. It is also directed that order shall also be communicated to the petitioner through concerned Jail Superintendent. 5.
The writ petition stands disposed of with above directions. As prayed, copy of the order be given dasti to learned counsel for the parties.
