P. 281/2018 to adjudicate the disputes between the parties, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file an appropriate application under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 before the Arbitrator so appointed for seeking any interim relief including the one that has been claimed in the present application.
