By filing the present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner is seeking extension of parole and exemption to surrender. 2.
As per the report received from Jail Superintendent, the petitioner has not surrendered till date.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is going to surrender before the Jail Superintendent today itself. 4.
In view of the above, nothing further survives. 5.
The writ petition is dismissed.

Jail Superintendent is directed to send the report regarding surrender of the petitioner within one week.
