% 12.01.2018 Petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail. It is stated that the matter stands settled with the complainant. The complainant Suraj is present. Second injured Pappu is also present. They endorse the submission made by the petitioner. Their presence has been identified by the investigating officer present in Court. Petitioner will join investigation as and when summoned by the Investigating Officer. In the event of arrest, the petitioner be admitted to bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer. Petition disposed of.
