Petitioners, in these petitions, seek regular bail in FIR No. 46/2014 under Sections 376-D/506/109/120-B of the IPG registered at Police Station Sagar Pur.

By order dated 22.08.2014 and 02.11.2015, petitioner - Adith Owvizo in Bail Application No. 1589/2014 was granted interim bail and released on 29.09.2014 and by order dated 14.03.2016, petitioner BAIL APPLN. 1589/2014 & 2358/2015

Tony in Bail Application No. 2358/2015 was granted interim bail. 3.

The petitioners have not been appearing in the matters. On 08.02.2019, statement of learned Addl. PP was recorded that petitioner had failed to appear before the trial court and Non-bailable warrants were issued to secure their presence. Default notice was issued to the counsel for the petitioner, returnable for today. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have not been in touch with him and all efforts made by him to trace out the petitioners have failed.

Learned Addl. PP submits that even the NBWs were not executed as petitioners are not traceable.

In view of the above, interim bail granted to the petitioners is vacated. The Bail Petitions are dismissed.
