Mr. Arun Bhardwaj, learned counsel for the respondent states that pursuant to the last date of hearing, the respondent has reconsidered the case of the petitioner and cancelled his transfer order vide Order No.126021/01/2018/Estt-422-27 dated 06.01.2018. Copy of the said order is handed over and taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the said order of the respondent cancelling his transfer order, nothing further survives for adjudication in this petition.
