% 17.08.2016 Counsel for the parties submit that the settlement is arrived at between the parties. In view of the same, certain payments are to be made by Odeon Builders Private Limited by 30th March, 2017. Counsel for Odeon Builders Private Limited wishes to withdraw the petition, being O.M.P. (COMM) No.13/2016. The same is dismissed as withdrawn. As far as execution petition filed by Religare Finvest Limited is concerned, learned counsel for the Religare Finvest Limited does not press the same.

However, he seeks liberty to revive the same in case of any

default.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Liberty as sought is granted.
