1. In the light of the preliminary objections raised by the Respondent to the maintainability of the writ petition, Mr Dhruv Aggarwal, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to seek other appropriate remedies as regards issue of payment of interest on the sum claimed by the Petitioner as refund.
