The applicant seeks correction of an inadvertent error in order dated 19.10.2015. The respondent has been described as "Municipal Corporation of Delhi" in the said order whereas according to the cause title it should be "DCM Shriram Consolidated Ltd.". The error is hereby corrected. Similarly, the order shall clearly state that "the appeal is accordingly dismissed in limine". These corrections shall be carried out and the Registry shall issue an amended/corrected certified copy of the said order. The application is allowed in the above terms. S.
