This is an Application seeking direction to refund the excess amount awarded and revised as reduced by the judgment dated 25.11.2024 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court.

Issue Notice.
2.1 Learned Counsel for Respondent Nos.1 to 3 accepts Notice. 2.2 On steps being taken, let Notice be served to the remaining Respondents through registered AD and speed post. Affidavit of service be filed by the Petitioner within two weeks.

Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that the learned Tribunal had awarded a sum of Rs.64,93,174/- which was modified by this Court to a sum of Rs.47.7 lacs.
3.1 Learned Counsel for the Appellant further submits that the entire decretal amount inclusive of accrued interest already stands deposited with The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
