% 18.03.2016 Learned counsel for petitioner states that in view of the affidavit filed by respondent No.1 enclosing copy of the Minutes of the Executive Committee meeting of the Volleyball Federation of India held on 02nd January, 2016 in Bangalore, he wishes to withdraw the present writ petition. It is pertinent to mention that petitioner's understanding of the aforesaid Minutes is that the Committee appointed by Volleyball Federation of India stands withdrawn. The said interpretation is contested by respondents No.3 to 9.

This Court clarifies that it has not adjudicated on the interpretation and effect of the Minutes of the Executive Committee meeting held on 02nd January, 2016.

However, as the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present writ petition, the present writ petition and pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
