CRL.M.A.1339/2017 & Crl. M.C. 4405/2015 By way of application being Crl. M.A. 1339/2017, the petitioner is seeking withdrawal of the present petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition as the matter has been compromised between the parties and nothing remains to be adjudicated upon further. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn.

In view of above, the date already fixed i.e. 02.02.2017 stands cancelled.
