CRL.M.C. 5433/2017 As stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter has been settled out of the Court and the present petition has become infructuous. The petitioner who is personally present in Court with her father namely Sh. Bhagwan also submits that the matter has been settled. The present petition is dismissed as having being infructuous in terms of settlement arrived at between the parties. Consequently, the complaint pending before the learned Trial Court is also dismissed.
