After arguments, counsel for the appellants sought a pass-over to take instructions. After pass-over it is stated that the appeal be disposed of as not pressed but the appellants be given time to vacate the suit premises on or before 31.7.2018.

Appellants also agree that they will clear any charges payable towards electricity and water, etc. with respect to the suit premises till the appellants remain in possession of the suit premises. 2.

Let the appellants file affidavits of undertaking in this Court in terms of the present order within two weeks and on appellants filing the undertaking in this Court and complying with the terms of the same, appellants will have time to vacate the suit premises on or before 31.7.2018. 3.
