Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Registrar of Cooperative Societies, however, states, on instructions from Mr Gulshan Ahuja, Assistant Registrar, that a list of defaulters, who would be debarred from participating in the ensuing election to the subject Group Housing Society scheduled to be held on 04.01.2018, shall be published in accordance with law, within two weeks from today.
