The only issue in this case is that the additional documents which were produced by the Petitioner have not been considered by the ld. Trial Court on the ground that the source of these documents and authenticity of the same are dubious. Ld. counsel for the Petitioner submits that he would prove these documents in accordance with law at the stage of evidence. Subject to this condition, let the documents be retained on record. If at the stage of evidence, the said documents are proved in accordance with law, only then they will be considered for the purpose of final adjudication. With these observations the petition and all pending applications are disposed of.
