% 21.03.2018 Respondent no.2 Mr.Anuj Gulyani is present in person. He, on behalf of himself and other respondents, who are his family members, undertakes to clear the three installments outstanding and due to the petitioner within a period of three months from today and also continue making the payment of the regular installments in future.

In view of the above undertaking, learned counsel for the petitioner prays leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh in case need be.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for, taking on record the undertaking given by the respondent no.2. Interim order stands vacated.
