% 14.01.2019 Petitioner has assailed the maintenance order by way of present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. It is submitted that parties have settled their disputes vide Settlement Deed dated 06.12.2018. Photocopy of the settlement deed has been placed on record.

It is submitted that petition is not being pressed on account of the settlement and may be disposed of accordingly. However, it is contended that in case terms of the settlement are not complied with by the parties liberty may be granted to the parties to get the present petition revived.

Petition is disposed of as not pressed. However, parties shall be at liberty to revive the petition, if need arises in view of the non-compliance of

terms of the settlement.

Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
