% 04.10.2018 It has been pointed out that the Interim Resolution Professional has been appointed against the respondent Company by the NCLT. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he will file a claim before the Interim Resolution Professional.

He seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty that in case the resolution process is not successful, he may be able to file the present petition before this court.

Granting leave and liberty as sought for, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
