We find that the impugned order is dated April 21, 2014. Writ petition has been filed after one year and eight months. The delay is unexceptional and has not been explained.

The impugned order speaks for itself. We do not comment upon the impugned order for the reason learned counsel in the writ petition does not press the instant petition saying that an appropriate application is proposed to be filed before DRAT pleading that the appeal filed by Dena Bank be restored to be heard on merits.
