Petitioner has been transferred vide order of 8th December, 2017 (Annexure P-1) against which petitioner claims to have made Representation (Annexure P-29) on 12th December, 2017. 2.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that there is no response to petitioner's Representation of 12th December, 2017 (Annexure P-29). 3.
Learned counsel for first respondent submits that if it is so, then it would be positively considered and decided within eight weeks. Learned counsel for first respondent informs that petitioner has been already relieved from his place of posting.

In view of aforesaid, this petition and applications are disposed of with direction to first respondent to decide petitioner's Representation of 12th December, 2017 (Annexure P-29) within a period of eight weeks by W.P.(C) 11439/2017
passing a speaking order and its fate be communicated to petitioner within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies, as available in law, if need be.
