I have been informed that a fresh speaking order dated March 22, 2018 has been passed and a copy thereof has been sent to the petitioner. Mr. Saurabh Chadda, learned counsel for the petitioner concedes the said position. He states, the petitioner shall challenge the said order as the same is to the prejudice of the petitioner and wishes to withdraw this application. The same is dismissed as withdrawn.

Liberty is with the petitioner to seek such remedy as available in law against the order dated March 22, 2018.
