% 22.05.2018 CRL.REV.P. 1/2018 & Crl. M.A. 1/2018 (interim maintenance) 1.

The petitioner impugns order dated 14.11.2017 whereby the application for grant of maintenance was rejected. 2.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that the parties have settled their disputes and settlement agreement dated 22.05.2018 has been executed, in terms of the memorandum of settlement between the parties. The same is produced and is taken on record. The parties are also present in Court. Learned counsel for the parties consent that the impugned order dated 14.11.2017 be modified in terms of the settlement.

In view of the consent of the parties as well as memorandum of settlement, impugned order dated 14.11.2017 is accordingly modified. CRL.REV.P. 1/2018

Parties undertake that they shall abide by the terms of settlement. The undertaking is accepted.

The parties shall remain bound by the terms of settlement referred to above.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
