O R D E R

% 19.03.2018 Counsel for the petitioner informs that Mr. Lalit Kumar, Advocate, Chamber NO. 394, Western Wing, Tis Hazari Court has been appointed as a Sole Arbitrator for adjudicating the dispute between the parties.

In view of the above appointment, the present petition shall be considered as an application under Section 17 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Act') by the Sole Arbitrator. The petitioner shall be at liberty to file a copy of the present petition before the Arbitrator.

Interim order dated 20th December, 2017 shall continue for a further period of four weeks from today, subject to further orders to be passed by the Arbitrator on the application under Section 17 of the Act to be filed by the petitioner.

The Respondent shall be at liberty to seek modification/variation/vacation of the interim order from the

Arbitrator.

Petition is disposed of with the above directions, with no order as to costs.
