% 09.02.2016 The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR bearing No.844/2014 registered under Section 498-A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code on 11th August, 2014. The petition came up for hearing on 20th November, 2015 when notice was issued to the respondent no.2. The petitioner did not take the requisite steps and process fee has not been filed. Even today, neither the petitioners nor their counsel has appeared despite the matter having been passed over twice.

In the facts and circumstances, it appears that the petitioner is
