% 14.03.2016 The affidavit of undertaking on behalf of Petitioner in terms of order of the Hon'ble Court dated 05.11.2015 read with order dated 11.12.2015 has already been filed. In the affidavit dated 08.03.2016 filed by the Respondent it is stated that the petitioner has flouted the terms and conditions of the undertaking and has also not paid single penny to the Respondent and contempt of court proceeding be initiated against him.

However, Counsel for the Petitioner states that the petitioner has paid rent upto December, 2015 and the Respondent has refused to accept rent for the subsequent months.
