The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case under Sections 20 and 27 of NDPS Act.

The petitioner is in custody since 02.11.2017. The recovered contraband is 50 gms. which is stated to be a small quantity. 3.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of `40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. 4.
The bail application stands disposed of.
