HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL GAUR
O R D E R
% 28.01.2019 Quashing of FIR No.472/2017, under Sections 498A, 304B and 34 of IPC, registered at Police Station Ranhola, Delhi is sought on merits. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that the charge-sheet in this case has been filed for the offence under Sections 498A and 34 of IPC and the case is now coming up before the Trial Court on 16th March, 2019 for hearing on the point of charge. Since the petitioners have an efficacious remedy available to them to raise the pleas taken herein before the trial court, therefore, this Court is not inclined to exercise its extraordinary inherent jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of, while relegating the petitioners to raise the pleas taken herein before the trial court at the stage of hearing on the point of charge.
