Present transfer petitions have been preferred by the petitioner - Ajay Rastogi for transfer of complaint cases pending at Karkardooma Courts to some other Court. The petitions are contested by the respondent(s).
2.
I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. During the course of arguments, it was informed that the respondents have filed three complaint cases which are pending before the Courts at Karkardooma. In these complaint cases, the petitioner has been summoned to face trial for the offences described therein. It is further informed that the petitioner has not put appearance in any of the complaint cases despite issuance of summons. It is disputed by the petitioner.
3.
It has also been brought to the notice of the Court that the petitioner had filed transfer petition(s) before the Hon'ble Supreme Court being Transfer Petition(s) (Criminal) No(s). 457-458 of 2017. These were dismissed by an order dated 30.11.2017. 4.
Since the transfer petitions have already been dismissed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the present transfer petitions on similar ground cannot be entertained by this Court.
5.
The transfer petitions are dismissed. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
