O R D E R

% 30.03.2016 After some arguments, learned counsel for petitioner wishes to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file an application under Regulation 37(2) of the Competition Commission of India (General) Regulations, 2009.

In the event, such an application is filed within a period of one week, the same is directed to be disposed of within a period of two weeks thereafter.

In the meantime, petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and shall hand over all documents that are readily available with it. Petitioner is directed to ensure that a fairly senior officer who is competent and conversant with the facts shall appear before the Director

General, Competition Commission of India till the aforesaid application is disposed of.

In the event, petitioner cooperates with the Director General, Competition Commission of India, the Chairman of the petitioner company need not be summoned.

With the aforesaid liberty and directions, present writ petition and pending application are dismissed as withdrawn. Order dasti under the signature of Court Master. MANMOHAN, J MARCH 30, 2016 js
