% 21.08.2018 The second respondent has appeared in person and opposes the request for quashing on the ground her husband Yogender Kumar has been absconding, she has been left in lurch, she not being agreeable to settle the controversy on the meagre payment of Rupees one lac fifty thousand only, inasmuch as, she has been deprived of right of maintenance, return of her stridhan and her share and that of her children in the property of her in-laws. The learned counsel for the petitioners, at this stage, submits on instructions, that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition. The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
