% 22.01.2019 According to the learned counsel for the State when the police had visited the High Commission of Pakistan at New Delhi earlier, they had been informed that no document or information apropos the petitioner is pending with them or is to be handed over to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the information has to be given orally. Although, he relies upon the orders of this Court granting the petitioner parole for few hours to visit the said Commission, however, the present petition does not specify a new reason for granting custody parole.
In view of the above, no ground is made out for grant of parole. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
