% 03.01.2018 Petitioners are Assistant Professors with respondent No.1- Institute, who vide applications (Annexure-11) had applied under the Career Advancement Scheme in pursuance to Circular of 14th September, 2017 (Annexure-10).

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that till date petitioners have not received the interview letters whereas similarly placed persons have already received interview letters.

Since petitioners had applied well in time, therefore, they are W.P.(C) 17/2018

entitled to know by when will they get the interview calls and if not, why?

Learned counsel for first respondent submits that fate of petitioners' applications would be conveyed to petitioners within two weeks from today.

Let it be so done.

This petition and applications are disposed of with liberty to petitioners to avail of the remedies, as available in law, if need be. A copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of Court Master to counsel for the parties.
