O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 68/2017 This is a petition under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of time for passing of the Arbitral Award.

Learned counsel for the respondent, who appears on advance notice, submits that she has no objection if the present petition is allowed. Taking into the account the averments made in the petition and also the 'no objection' given by the respondent, I extend the time for passing of the Award by further period of six months from today.
