% 13.02.2019 An affidavit of the DG Prisons has been placed on record indicating that the departmental proceedings have been initiated against three erring officers.

Status report has also been filed by Deputy Secretary, Home, GNCT indicating that a memorandum of warning has been issued to the dealing assistant, namely, Neeraj Kumar, LDC and he has been transferred to the Home Department (General Branch).

In view of the affidavit of Director General of Prison and the status report of the Deputy Secretary Home no further orders are called for in this petition.

Petition is disposed of.
