After arguments, this appeal is allowed to be withdrawn as prayed and as per the instructions of the appellant who is present in person. I may note that the appeal was hopelessly misconceived as also the suit filed by the appellant inasmuch as admittedly the water meter of the appellant/plaintiff was fixed in the property of the defendant no.1 whereas the water meter necessarily has to be fixed in a property of a person who is supplied water. Water meter was disconnected by the defendant no.1 after giving sufficient opportunity to the appellant/plaintiff to remove the same and after giving notice to Delhi Jal Board.

The appeal is allowed to be withdrawn with the aforesaid observations.
