I was defendant no. 2 in Suit no. 47/14 titled Ashok Kumar Gupta vs. Anita and Others. In the said case, settlement was arrived at between Shri Ashok Kumar Gupta, who is father of petitioner Saurabh Goel on 25th June 2014 and my wife Anita (respondent no. 2), who was defendant no. 1 in the said suit before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. I was defendant no. 2 in the said suit.

I had signed the Settlement/Agreement dated 25th June, 2014 at point 'X' (Annexure P-2) for myself and also for and on behalf of my wife Anita Sain (respondent no. 2). I have made this statement voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion.

I was defendant no. 1 in Suit no. 47/14 titled Ashok Kumar Gupta vs. Anita and Others.

In the said case, settlement was arrived at with Shri Ashok Kumar Gupta, who is father of petitioner Saurabh Goel on 25th June 2014, before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. My husband Shri Kanwar Sain was defendant no. 2 in the said case. My husband had represented me before the Mediation Centre and had entered into the settlement on my behalf as well. Settlement/Agreement Annexure P-2 bears signatures of my husband at point 'X'(Annexure P-2). I have no objection in case FIR No. 66/2014 under Sections 452/354/506/509/34 IPC registered at Police Station Anand Parbat is quashed, in view of Clause (3) of the Settlement/Agreement dated 25th June, 2014 (Annexure P-2). I have made this statement voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion.
