We dispose of the writ petition in view of the statement given by the counsel for the respondent observing that the statement of Sat Prakash Soni alias Sonu has been recorded in compliance of the directions given in the order dated 21st December, 2017. Said directions would equally apply, if and when further statement of Sat Prakash Soni alias Sonu is recorded.

We, however, give liberty to the parties to approach this court

in case of any clarification or modification. The petitioner would cooperate in the investigation.

The writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
