The limited prayer made by the petitioner in this petition is for preservation of the records pertaining to two mobile numbers being mobile no.9810627255 and the mobile no.9958132505.

Mr Datta, learned counsel for the petitioner states that it would be essential that the records be preserved as the same would be required for the proceedings under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. 4.

In view of the limited prayer sought by the petitioner, this Court does not consider it necessary to issue notice to the respondents. 5.

Respondent no.4 shall ensure that the records of SMS, calls and

location chart of these phones are preserved. This order is subject to the said records being currently available with respondent no.4. 6.

Needless to state, if the records are not available, the said above directions would not be operative.

The petitioner shall ensure that a copy of this order is served on the respondents.

The petition alongwith the application is disposed of. 9.
