O R D E R

After arguments, this appeal is disposed of with the consent order that appellant will receive from the respondent a sum of Rs.5 lacs with interest @ 7 1⁄2% per annum simple from 30.1.2001 till the date of payment. On such amount being received by the appellant from the respondent, all the disputes of the parties which are subject matter of the present litigation would stand fully satisfied.

The respondent is granted a period of six months from today to make the payment of the amount in terms of the present order but in case the amount is not paid within six months, then, rate of interest will become 14% per annum simple instead of 7 1⁄2% per annum simple. Appellant's counsel

will give to the counsel for the respondent the bank account particulars of the appellant within a period of two weeks from today so that the payment can be directly credited by the respondent in the bank account of the appellant.

Appeal is accordingly disposed of in terms of aforesaid observations.
