% 10.01.2018 Petitioner claims to be a daily wager with second respondent and it is asserted on behalf of petitioner that vide impugned orders of 14th & 16th August, 2017, his service has been dispensed with arbitrarily i.e. without any rhyme and reason.

In the first instance, petitioner is expected to make a Representation to second respondent to seek redressal of his grievance, which petitioner has not done.

In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with permission to petitioner to make a concise Representation to second respondent within two weeks. If any such W.P.(C) 232/2018

Representation is received by second respondent, then it be dealt with by passing a speaking order within a period of six weeks. The fate of the Representation be made known to petitioner within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies, as available in law, if need be.
