% 10.12.2018 Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in FIR No. 610/2017 under Sections 323/308/34 Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Burari, Delhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after investigation, as no incriminating evidence was found against the petitioner, petitioner was kept in Column No. 12 and chargesheet has not been filed the petitioner. Learned counsel seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh application in case need so arises.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
