The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in FIR No.610/2017 under Sections 323/308/307/325/34 IPC, Police Station Burari. 2.
It is contended that marriage of the daughter of the petitioner is to be solemnized on 22.01.2018. Status report has been filed, which confirms that marriage of the daughter of the petitioner to be solemnized on 22.01.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be enlarged on anticipatory bail and petitioner undertakes to surrender on Bail Appl.2641/2017
25.01.2018 after the solemnization of marriage without prejudice to his rights to take appropriate remedies, as may be available in law, after his surrender.

In view of the above, subject to the petitioner joining investigation as and when directed by the Investigating Officer, in the event of the arrest of the petitioner, the petitioner shall be enlarged on bail by the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO, on furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO. The petitioner shall thereafter surrender on 29.01.2018 at the Police Station Burari.

It is clarified that the petitioner shall be at liberty to take such remedies, as may be available in law, after his surrender. 6.
The Petition is accordingly disposed of.
