By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to get married.

On the notice being issued a status report has been filed. As per the status report the factum of marriage of the petitioner being fixed for 28th December, 2017 has been verified.

The family of the petitioner is staying at H. No. 2/87, Sultanpuri, New Delhi and the bride's family is also residing in neighbourhood. The petitioner was earlier granted parole by this Court vide order dated 16th May, 2017 to find a suitable life partner for himself and this Court noted that the conduct of petitioner in jail was satisfactory but for one punishment on 27th May 2015 for a jail offence. There is no allegation in the status report that when the petitioner was granted parole vide order dated 16th May, 2017, he W.P.(CRL) 3580/2017

misused the concession of parole granted to him. 4.

Consequently the petitioner is directed to be released on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court.
