Petitioners seek regularization of their service as TGT/PGT while claiming to have worked in the said position for more than three decades. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that to seek regularization, petitioners had made a representation (Annexure P-3 Colly) on 11th August, 2017 to respondent No.4 but to no avail. 2.

Despite service of advance notice, none appears for the contesting respondent i.e. respondent No.4.

In the facts and circumstances of this case, this petition and the accompanying application are disposed of with a direction to the fourth respondent to decide petitioners' representation (Annexure P-3 Colly) within a period of 6 weeks, if not already done, and the fate of the representation be conveyed to petitioners within 2 weeks thereafter, so that petitioners may avail of the remedy as available in law. 4.
