% 20.03.2018 The proposed arbitrator has filed his disclosure in term of Section 11 (8) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Having perused the disclosure, I see no impediment in confirming his appointment. Accordingly, in continuation of my order dated 26.02.2018, Justice Anil Kumar, Retd. Judge of this court, is appointed as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes that have arisen between the parties.

The petition is disposed of with the above directions and with no order as to costs.
