O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 69/2017 This petition is for extension of time for conducting arbitral proceedings before the learned arbitral tribunal. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection qua extension of time. In view of the submissions, since the dates till 28th April, 2018 are already given by the tribunal so the time for conducting the arbitral proceedings is hereby extended by one year w.e.f. 6th January, 2018.

The petition stands disposed of.
