% 11.09.2018 Parties have settled the matter through mediation. Copy of the settlement agreement dated 10.09.2018 filed by the Mediation Centre has been placed on record.

The terms and conditions of the settlement are legal, valid and binding. Parties shall remain bound by the settlement agreement. Accordingly, a decree is passed in terms of the settlement. The suit stands disposed of.

The plaintiff shall also be entitled to refund of the court fees in terms of the Court Fees Act.
