On this statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent No.1, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition and approach the

Tribunal by way of an impleadment application in the appeal filed by the respondent Nos. 5 to 8. I have been informed the appeal is numbered as 364/2017 and the next date of hearing is April 15, 2018. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
