O R D E R

% 22.02.2018 Pursuant to the last order dated 21.12.2017 passed by this Court, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 submits that the fresh income certificate submitted by the petitioner's father has been verified and found to be genuine. The parties, therefore, submit that interim order dated 21.12.2017 passed by this Court may be confirmed and the re-enrolment of the petitioner in the respondent no.1/school will be treated as final.

The petition is accordingly allowed and the order dated 13.12.2017 cancelling the admission of the petitioner is quashed. The petitioner will pay costs of Rs.3,000/- to the Delhi High Court Employee Welfare Fund.

The petition is disposed of alongwith pending applications in the above terms.
